Will more FITNESS plans be added in the future?
Absolutely yes! There will be additional content added to the platform over time at no additional cost. Since the original launch there have been 2 massive version releases of the platform, each bringing large updates.
How does the eating plan work?
The Eating Plan is designed with multiple methods for weight loss. Fasting is a proven and significant weight loss method in a quicker timeframe. Pick the method which works best for you, but don't be afraid to change to another at a later date. This is about what works best for your lifestyle. You will combine this approach with the Nutrition section for your daily food choices until you're comfortable. Always refer back for more meal ideas.

IS THIS ENTIRELY DO IT YOURSELF?
The platform is designed with you in mind. You can be very flexible when choosing days of the week or what to eat. I provide a lot of recommendations, and the workout plans are designed to be done when you can, but do offer structure and examples of how to plan your week. If you are ever unsure of an instruction or have a question, then just contact me via the chat option on the platform or through email (contact detail above).
aRE THERE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE DESKTOP AND MOBILE VERSION OF THE PLATFORM?
Yes, but primarily navigational due to screen size. Example: On desktop on a fitness plan you have a quick access side menu which is not possible to fit onto a mobile screen without obscuring everything. Mobile has handy buttons included on both the upper and lower portions on your screen.
